  • Feb. 2004- Jan. 2005: Kenworth Maska, Parts Counter Person. Learned the basics about trucks mechanics, familiarized with different manufacturers and their products (Kenworth, Cummins, Caterpillar, Eaton, etc.).

  • 2005-2007: Kenworth Maska, Customer service advisor. Opened and closed repair work orders, made warranty-related decisions, started to keep track of important cases with manufacturers, started to bring some technical advices to technicians.

  • 2007-present: Kenworth Maska, Technical Support. Be on the lookout for the latest available information from engines manufacturers to keep our technicians updated and on the cutting edge, communicate with manufacturers service engineers on a regular basis, lead our technicians on complex engines electronic and aftertreatment issues, assist and advise our warranty department on complex or unusual claims, maintain computers in the workshop, prepare and give training sessions to technicians and customers.
